Scaling:
The kettlebell push press will likely be the limiting factor for newer athletes. Scale the weight in order to move through this workout with minimal rest. Intermediate athletes can do this workout as prescribed.

As rx’d, 7 rounds + 12 swings.


12 reps is a trap.  Short enough that you don’t really *have* to break, but long enough that it will hurt to stay unbroken.  I did set the KB down (nice try Hobart), but tried to move quickly from one movement to another.  Squats sucked pretty good, and 1-arm push press at this weight was challenging from a stamina perspective (switched every

6).  Started about 1:30 per round, on pace to get 8 rounds, but had to slow about halfway through.
