265-315-365-405-425 (only 2 on final-back was rounding, but did 1 additional belted single after a minute, failed another, then 2 more at 405 beltless) Drop and reset on all reps to make it harder. No warmup due to low calories/sleep. 5-6m rest between sets.
Beltless until I failed at rep 3 at 425. Definitely needed more carbs today! Had a blueberry pancake for breakfast and 3 chicken thighs for lunch.
25 reps as heavy as possible would fatigue my CNS for a month.
Lee 43yrs 5 sets at 110kg after warm (all the weight was being used)
Noah 14yrs 5 sets @ 50kg (first time deadlifting with barbell, form started to break down after 50kg so we held it there for all 5 sets. Awesome job Noah.

Globo wod: If you are in a standard Globo gym, you should have all the equipment needed to do this. Just lower the bar under control and use pads under the weights if the gym hates noise from deadlifts. If dumbbells are all you have go up in weight until you max. If you max the available dumbbells do AMRAP sets, then throw in some hard sprints afterwords if that was too light.
Bodyweight sub: do 5 sprints of 200-400m, preferably up a hill, all out. Rest as needed between sets.

TECHNIQUE SCALE
Same format, lots more reps per set, zero tolerance on rounded backs or overextension
CONSISTENCY SCALE
Time each set and only count ones that fall within the certain time frame you want
INTENSITY SCALE
So a short sprint or burpee set before each deadlift set
