Scaling:
Most athletes can perform this workout as prescribed. Newer athletes should focus on maintaining sound mechanics rather than trying for max loads.
Bonjour, auriez-vous des conseils sur quelle manique acheter pour faire du soulevé de terre ? Au passage, très bonne vidéo ! Celle-ci est très bien expliqué

Been a long time since I last checked the comments. So glad I did. Where else would I find a spirited conversation on the deadlift? This made my day.

I try this movement but if you don't do it properly, it can ruin your back.

245-315-365-385-405-425-445 (1rep no belt plus 1 rep with belt. No rest between the two except to put the belt on) lumbar curve went slightly at this weight. No warmup or breakfast today except 8oz apple juice. Focused on maximum bar speed at 245 and 315 since they felt light.
last time 275-305-335-365-395-405-415 also without a warmup.
135-255# in 10# increments, minimum 3 reps at each weight. Touch and go for all reps while focusing on mechanics.

5 rounds of
20 dumbbell weighted lunges, 35lb DBs
20 inclined sit-ups ~40deg

Anyone reading this lacking the benefit of proper coaching should be aware that you can tie your back into knots doing it wrong by being forward onto your toes. That happened to me until a coach said "stay on your heals". Fixed, instantly. Now I'm happily at 2x bodyweight, and it feels easy. All those deadlifts in the open were a breeze.

Champions Club Scaling Notes
RANT
Nothing to rant about
WORKOUT THEMES
Short and heavy. High output followed by long rest. Squatting with an emphasis on pushing and an extra demand on the midline. Stamina plays a major factor in strength.
ASSUMED
3 reps of a deadlift can give us a potent dose
MAIN DECISION
Keep track of a 3-rep max, or use today for practicing?
TECHNIQUE SCALE
Same format, more reps each set. 10+
CONSISTENCY SCALE
Same format, but do a 30-sec. hold at the bottom of the deadlift with an empty bar for each set. Do as many sets as needed.
INTENSITY SCALE
Do a short sprint or burpee set before each lifting set
MY STUFF
315 on each set
GENERAL FEAR LEVEL: 3

This is a great article. I love the deadlift and I think most athletes disregard it as amateur or unremarkable compared to the clean or snatch. I like how the article highlights the importance of the deadlift for everyone not just athletes. However, the athlete in the starting position picture is not the way you start the deadlift. His hips are way too low and his thighs are almost horizontal! The deadlift is a hip hinge movement, not a squat like movement. Mark Riptoe's Starting Strength is an excellent place to start if your considering any type of classic lifting.
Thanks,
David

Some people call the deadlift dangerous. Think those people will ever need to pick something up off the ground? It's dangerous NOT to train the deadlift.

Gutsy move, Louis! I don't normally think of Rory McKernan as the type of person to go spouting off CrossFit knowledge without any backing! I hope that you enjoyed the article that Matthew shared.
