135-140-145-150-155 last rep at 150 and all reps at last load a bit ugly.

Lowered the weight to 135 to try and get 10 but only got 5 before they got ugly. Gravity is heavy today. Did the workout in silence. Alex has been gone 2 years...

Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . Thanks to NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 who came to my rescue and performed their magic on my credit score report , now I can boast of a credit score of 790 . contact them at ( NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 AT gmail DOT com ) . Trust me they are reliable ! .

Reading this because it was recommended in the Professional Coach email. I especially like the A.A. Milne quote to begin this article.

10 reps HPS each weight

65-75-85-95-105#

Did these sets in between doing odd jobs in the garage and around the yard - first 4 sets unbroken, couldn't quite get there on the 5th. Like Chris said, legs might as well be pudding as Manion did a number on them.

Chris - kind of adopted a little of your Coordination and Stamina scaling. The new format will take some getting used to but in a good way as it forces a little more consideration on this end of what I'm really looking to get out of the workout, especially when I need to scale/sub.

HQ, when or is the the reply feature going to get fixed?

Chris—since the “Reply” feature still doesn’t work, I like that matrix and your several scaling options. My weaknesses are many but vary depending on type of workout. The options will be helpful.

I feel bad for y’all trying a heavy full body lift after Mannion. Certainly one of the most difficult Hero WODs…not one I can do anymore.

As an “aging athlete” (74), I need a lot of cues and I need them more often than I care to admit. Thank you for reminding those amazing (and patient) coaches to always strive to find the “cue that works” and to always seek what is “better”.

Champions Club Scaling Notes

RANT

Trying a new format again to visualize the grid-type thing I imagine to help me scale. Basically decide where it falls on the time/modal domain, what if preventing it from being that for you, and scale that way.

WORKOUT THEMES

High output followed by long rest. Jumping with really heavy weight, extra emphasis on the jump. Upright torso, core to extremity, and overhead position also themes.

SHORT MEDIUM LONG

LIGHT

MEDIUM

HEAVY x

SCALING FOR LIMITING FACTORS

Coordination - same format as above, just do like 10 reps per set

Power - for each set give yourself 1 minute to complete all 3 reps; resets are allowed so weight can be heavy

Stamina - pick 5 different weights that are heavy for you and do max reps for each set (aiming for somewhere around 8-10 each set)

MY STUFF

115 on all sets, did handstand descents in between. My legs might as well be pudding. Had zero jumping ability thanks to Manion.

As I’m reading the level 2 manual today I am considering effective communication and nobody does it better than Master Shifu from Kungfu Panda who trained using food as a tool to speak his athletes language.
