I am so thankful I was able to be part of the the Level 1 Course this weekend in San Diego! Matt, Camille and Rick were absolutely amazing and I learned more in two days than I ever thought possible. This was an incredible experience and I recommend it to anyone with a passion for fitness. We had a really cool group of people and definitely made the best out of a strange situation.

Great Level 1 course in Pensacola this weekend. Todd, Brentnie and Fernando did a fantastic job not only educating us but keeping us engaged. They definitely made it a fun experience. I learned a lot and I’m grateful for the knowledge they shared with us. My brain is still processing everything and I’ve already been able to use what I’ve learned. Thank you all so much! I look forward to growing myself as a trainer (and athlete) and also growing athletes in my gym. Also, shout out to Mako CrossFit for allowing us to use their beautiful facility!
