“It doesn’t matter what you can and can’t do, because I could do none of it when I came to (CrossFit Mentality) and they found a way.”
Henry Jaros didn’t know anything about CrossFit when he first walked into CrossFit Mentality five years ago. Now, he’s inspiring many to start their own journeys.
Henry won the heart of the CrossFit community when he was featured in a video spotlighting CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and multiyear CrossFit Games competitor Scott Panchik.
“When I think of CrossFit, I think of Henry,” Panchik said, describing the type of people he wanted to help.
At the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games, a coaches highlight video featuring Panchik played on the jumbotron, and when spectators realized Henry was in their presence, they gave him a standing ovation.
“It was an amazing feeling. Brought tears to my eyes,” Henry said.
