The first thing Jules King — a dancer — lost was her sense of rhythm. Balance was the next to go, and after 16 years of progressive decline, she was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s disease. At her worst, she could not walk, eat, or dress independently. She could not even scratch an itch. Today, she travels the world competing as a CrossFit athlete. Her mission is simple: “Everyday life can be much better after your diagnosis through CrossFit.”
