I would love to share my story of being diagnosed with PD and how I found CrossFit or CrossFit found me! Can't believe I am just now seeing this video... CrossFit offers so much for those of us with Parkinson's, physically, mentally and socially! We can do so much and help so many by getting those diagnosed with Parkinson's into a CrossFit gym. Looking forward to my 5th Open! #getmoving

My husband first symptoms of Parkinson’s occurred during covid, but was diagnosed in 2021 when he was 61 years. He was on Levodopa- not crazy about it! he was also on Sifrol and rotigotine not crazy about any of it either, The Levodopa did very little to help him. The medical team did even less. His decline was rapid and devastating. He had a stooped posture, tremors, muscle stiffness and even slow movements. I was a master Gardener and love herbs! This Parkinson’s took my life from me, I was no longer able to work in my garden anymore because I was a full time caregiver for my husband. We stopped most of his Parkinson’s medications due to severe side effects and I started him on Ayurvedic treatments from Natural Herbs Centre naturalherbscentre. com , the treatment has made a very huge difference for him. His symptoms including body weakness, tremors and slurred speech disappeared after few months on the treatment. He is getting active again since starting this treatment, he is able to walk and able to ride his treadmill again.. This Ayurvedic treatment is a miracle!! I recommend researching natural treatment for Parkinson’s disease versus taking the pharmaceutical drugs that only deal with specific symptoms and have damaging side effects to your body.

My legs felt like they each weigh 200 lbs. Moving was very hard for me. I figured it was the PD progression. I started a PD-5 programme about 4 months ago. I can now walk down the street and back daily. It doesn’t make the Parkinson’s go away but it did give me better quality of life. I got the treatment from naturalherbs centre . c o m

At the age of 66, my spouse was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. His symptoms included excruciating calf pain, muscular aches, tremors, slurred speech, frequent falls, loss of balance, and trouble standing up from a seated posture. After six months on Senemet, Siferol was given to him in place of the Senemet. It was also at this period that he was diagnosed with dementia. He began seeing hallucinations and became detached from reality. With the doctor's approval, we stopped giving him Siferol and chose to try the Natural Herbs Center PD-5 program, which we had previously investigated. After three months of therapy, he has made significant progress. The illness has been completely contained. There are no symptoms of persistent twitching, weakness, tremors, hallucinations, or muscle soreness. The PD-5 Protocol was obtained from natural herbs centre. com. Though you still need to determine what works best for you, I thought I would share my husband's story in case it could be helpful. Greetings and prayers

I occasionally watch these stories and indeed they’re inspirational. What I don’t understand is why family members of the protagonist (almost) never also take up CrossFit. Everyone should be getting fitter and stronger.
