The training purpose is improving the lactic acid energy pathway and increases the lactate tolerance. Cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance played a major role in this WOD. Moreover, this exercise will involve lactic acid and aerobic energy pathways; however, the lactic acid system is the predominant system. Furthermore, short time for perform box jump will make use of phosphagen system.

Second day was followed both “For Completion” and “as many heavy as possible” template, respectively. Two formats of gymnastic and weightlifting were used in this high volume WOD. The purpose of the exercise was to perform the heaviest resistance in 3 repetitions. The reps selected so that challenge the strength. Strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination were challenged for GPP skills. Moreover, the aerobic system was a domain energy pathway for first part and the lactic acid system was a domain energy pathway for second part of this WOD.

Third day was followed “For Time” template. This exercise was a couplet element that is combined of high distance metabolic conditioning and moderate skill gymnastic movements. Furthermore, this WOD is combined of 4 drills of running, pulling, pushing and squat movements manner. The main purpose in this WOD was on improving the cardiorespiratory endurance and stamina. The other purpose was to improving the lactate tolerance. Moreover, the aerobic

system was dominant energy pathway in this program.

Conclusion

As can be seen, each 3 energy pathways were challenged in this cycle. Moreover, the cardiorespiratory, muscular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility,

balance and coordination played a major role in this circle of programming. Also, power is latent in the nature of these programs.

As a final note, “AMRAP”, “For Completion”, “AMHAP” and “For Time” templates were used for programming in this cycle.
