Need this restday after my first Crossfit Scaled TEAM competition at @CrossfitPitstop Kolding yesterday

3 events:

Event 1: TC 12 minutes:

10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 KB Hang to Overhead. 24 kg. KB

15 Box-Jump-Overs after each completion of H-t-O 24"

Event 2:

Running clock for 12 minutes:

0 - 6 minutes:

3RM Backsquat: 88.5 kg.

6 - 7 minut:

Rest and empty and prepare Barbell

7 - 12 minute:

1000 m. row

Rest of time Max Front Squat 50 kg.

Event 3: TC 14 minutes

4 rounds:

30 Wallball 20 lbs ball

8 Clean and Jerk 50 kg

8 Pull Ups

8 m. Goblet walking lunges

Finished in 13:57 minutes
