Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . Thanks to NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 who came to my rescue and performed their magic on my credit score report , now I can boast of a credit score of 790 . contact them at ( NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 AT gmail DOT com ) . Trust me they are reliable ! .

14:32 - Rx (Did 5 toes-to-bar every 30 seconds. Did singles on the snatches with a good reset every rep. Really focused on timing and positioning for the dumbbell snatch. Left arm was weak compared to right arm.)

As rx’d, 9:03.

Did toes-to-bar 15-5 / 8-7-5 / 8-6-6 – went pretty well.  That is one heavy dumbbell and my right wrist is still recovering, so I took extra care to tape it up today.  Seemed to handle it fine; actually had more trouble with the left snatches.  Had to take a couple of pauses during DB snatches.

Done 4/23 in the a.m. in the garage gym. No 70lb DB, so intermediate option.

9:00.

T2B were strict, not able to kip very well on the garage PU bar. Want to try this again RXd with a stable bar.

First round TTB slow but unbroken (surprised myself) not so much for the other 2 rds. All snatch sets unbroken, but expected that.

110 reps at the 10 min time-cap Rx'd

I'm doing the AGOQ this year and I think this will be the worst of the 5 WODs for me.

My "70-lb dumbbell" is a bit of an unwieldy adjustable dumbbell hack, and my back hates dumbbell snatches, so just happy not to get hurt.

Champions Club Scaling Notes

RANT

Nothing to rant about.

WORKOUT THEMES

Short and heavy. Stamina and strength likely the limiting factors. For the record, I read dumbbell snatches as power/muscle snatches for whatever reason, but for a bar movement I read "snatch" as landing in a full squat.

ASSUMED

As the scaling notes included said, everything can be done unbroken.

MAIN DECISION

Keep the rx or keep the intensity?

TECHNIQUE SCALE

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

20 dumbbell snatches

15 kipping toes to bar (cut ROM to keep rhythm)

CONSISTENCY SCALE

As close to rx as possible, just make toes to bar strict and live with it taking longer.

INTENSITY SCALE

3 rounds for time of:

15 snatches with a bar (full squat)

8 burpees (same snap/pull from the hips as you'd get in a toes to bar)

*practice strict toes to bar in the warmup

MY STUFF

Didn't get to this one in time, so I did the lunge/burpee one. I did all 150m of lunges then 98 burpees. 10:29.

GENERAL FEAR LEVEL: ?
