I have been dealing with some knee pain on and off that has kept me from doing any kind of heavy squats. Gave this a good warmup and attempted to work up to around 80% of my previous 1RM. Secondary goal was to take the bar from the ground each rep. Best lift was 165-pounds. Missed my first attempt because I did not get to parallel, but overall felt good with this effort - let's see how my knees feel in the morning.
For the row, I started at 2K plus 10 and tried to get faster within each 500m block. Finished at 8:18 which is :30+ off my PR at this distance (7:46) but felt right for today.

Shoulder last wods felt funky, so stopped a tad before in OHS. But not a whole lot. Did 3 x1 instead of 5x1.
Sustained 2 min/500m for 1500m and 1:55 last 500m
Last 100m were eternal to my distorted perception.

missed the push press on the first attempt at 195. Upper body felt weak today. Mowed instead of rowed. Switched to lifting shoes for singles, belt at 195.

Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . Thanks to NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 who came to my rescue and performed their magic on my credit score report , now I can boast of a credit score of 790 . contact them at ( NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 AT gmail DOT com ) . 7:30 - Rx (Just the row today. Drag factor at about 127. Goal was to hold 1:50/500m pace, and held that for the first 500m. Dropped to 1:52 for a while then held 1:54-1:56 for the rest. Slowly accelerated on last 450m.)

15 OHS at 65#
6 rds + 250m row (finished 7th for good measure)
Didn't have a lot of time and left shoulder is feeling not quite right so I didn't want to go heavy, but I still wanted a good dose for the lift. First 4 sets of OHS went unbroken. 6th and 7th broke once each - shoulders were getting cooked. Kept the 250s to 49-50 secs each - drag 6 on the C2.
disclaimer: I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2008 and only recently tried to work on the OHS. This is a PR on each of the sets as I’ve been using 65 and 75lb for technique. I think I’m psychologically limiting myself from crossing the 100lbs threshold. Will get it soon.

Used 85 lbs all the way through the overhead squats since I wanted to be careful with form
7:50 on the 2k meter row. It was a brutal workout keeping that under 8 minutes!
