Limited to 31 kg, so I did:

Back squat 10-10-10-10-10 reps

2'30'' rest between sets

--

Felt quite confortable, so I did 5 more sets of 10 front squats with 2x12,5 kg DBs, for good measure.

Warmed-up as suggested in the workout tips (great video, much appreciated 👍)

6 km run in the early morning.

I cut it short at 195 and counted my last 2 warmup sets (135 and 155) as part of the 5 to allow for 2 hours of landscaping before the rain hit. Practiced scales and handstand holds in between sets. Congrats to all who PR'd today!

Champions Club Scaling Notes

RANT

These max effort days with sets of double-digit reps are really, really brutal. Great opportunity to practice a ton of things but it comes at a serious price. For this one, if you start to wonder about being able to finish the set around rep 4 then you're probably right around your 10 rep max. If it takes till rep 7ish for that thought to creep in your head then just know you are operating at a pretty comfortable sub-maximal level; you might want more sets or less rest.

WHAT ABOUT THE MOVEMENT

Back squat - squatting with a medium-heavy weight with stamina (physical and mental) playing a major factor

MAIN DECISION

Go to "that place" or not?

TECHNIQUE SCALE

As is

CONSISTENCY SCALE

As is

INTENSITY SCALE

As is

I DON'T HAVE A SPOTTER SCALE

One of two things I can think of while using a lighter weight: 1) more sets or 2) less rest

INJURY SCALE

Upper-body - as is

Lower-body - AMRAP in 5 minutes of: 8 strict press, 8 strict knees to elbows. rest 5 minutes, repeat for a total of 3 rounds

MY STUFF

Did sets of 185 in between cleaning stuff

Chris, interesting comment on how to gauge what’s a sufficiently heavy weight. Based on the 4th rep feeling, I’m not pushing hard enough. Thanks for the perspective.

Chris Sinagoga

Nothing wrong with heavy sets of 10 though! The gauge with the 4th rep feeling is if you really want to go to "that place" for the set. It's also technique dependent.
