About Us
In 2008, Nick had a problem - his garage was overflowing with people hitting the days workout! Desperate for more space, CrossFit Excel went from a P.E. teacher exercising in his garage to a full blow affiliate. Now located inside Excel Health and Fitness in Manteca, CA, CrossFit Excel has a training floor of over 6,500 feet and offers up to 10 classes a day. The staff of trainers includes 3 CrossFit level 2 coaches. A warm and welcoming community is what fuels the gym in Manteca, CA.
