At Building Your Temple CrossFit and 24/7 gym we embrace a team atmosphere where every workout is programmed to meet your needs. Every class is led by a CrossFit instructor that will teach you proper form, insures you are using weight appropriate to your ability. The owner Bryan Beaune has been training people for almost 30 years and has even written/published a book called BYT Method: Fitness and Strength Training for Life
