Hi everyone! I'm Trish Gilroy, one of the owners of Mission Fitness. Born and raised in East Hanover, NJ, I fell in love with Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit at 16. I hold a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Towson University and am certified as a CF-L1 coach and a Level 1 Weightlifting Coach through USA Weightlifting.
