Melanie Cool is a level two Crossfit trainer focusing on helping women over 50, a licensed psychotherapist, integrative medicine and nutrition behavioral health provider, motivational speaker, educator and author, AKA Health and Happiness Expert. Melanie holds a BA in psychology and an MA in counseling psychology and has helped thousands of people go from surviving to thriving. Melanie lives in the Pacific Northwest, enjoys CrossFit, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
