About Us
CrossFit Glossop is a fitness facility located in the Northwest of England and offers a variety of strength and conditioning workouts through the CrossFit programme. The gym caters for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. In addition to group classes, CrossFit Glossop also offers personal training, nutritional coaching, and speciality classes to help members reach their fitness goals.
