Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Learn the Fundamentals

About Us

BALDR CrossFit is Deptford’s first and only CrossFit box, providing an inclusive space for people of all abilities to get fit and healthy in a supportive environment. Our aim is to create a brave space where everyone is welcomed. Situated a short walk from both Deptford and New Cross stations (approximately 10 minutes walk from each. We offer an array of classes including CrossFit, Endurance, Weightlifting and Gymnastics for all abilities and backgrounds.
