About Us

We're a beginner-friendly CrossFit in San Dimas, CA that implements the Level Method system. Our goal is to provide you accurate tracking of your starting point and creating a personalized plan of progression for each member to hit their goals! This is done through a combination of CrossFit, personal training, and yoga classes. Come sit down with a coach to see if we can find the right program for you!
