Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
50-yard swim
20 push-ups
30 squats

Scaling:
Paired with two bodyweight movements, this swim workout can be completed anywhere. If needed, reduce the reps of the push-ups and squats so you can keep moving throughout the 20 minutes.
Beginner Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-yard swim
10 push-ups
15 squats

In the CrossFit push-up demonstration in the link, the athlete demonstrating not only goes chest to the ground but quads too. Is this not a standard for the workout? It does appear that athletes are touching their quads to the ground.
Beautiful program for practicing on the beach. It will be nice to release other programs like this for the beach. Important knowledge to swim straight towards the beach and not parallel to it
