Chad Alewine and AAYMCA CrossFit perform today’s workout of the day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
30 double-unders
5 power cleans

♀ 95 lb ♂ 135 lb

Scaling:
Pedal to the metal today with this quick couplet. The power cleans should be a moderate weight that allows you to complete sets of 5 throughout. Start with an aggressive pace and try to maintain it.

Intermediate Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
30 double-unders
5 power cleans

♀ 75 lb ♂ 115 lb

Beginner Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
30 single-unders
5 power cleans

♀ 35 lb ♂ 45 lb
