Brian Chontosh of CrossFit’s Level 1 Seminar staff explains the GHD hip and back extension.
In the hip and back extension, he says, the athlete “deliberately, controllably surrenders the back, then she flexes the hip. She regains the neutral spine at the bottom, then she extends the hip, and then she extends the back. All controlled, deliberate, sequential.”
