Incredible weekend at L1 in Seville, learned so much from the coaches, who made the course an unforgettable experience. Looking forward to getting experience and preparing for L2.

The Austin class was fun and engaging! My form has already improved and i’m Seeing things in classmates I hadn’t known before and I know how to correct it. I’m super excited. Talk about a lot of information though... I hope I passed my test! 🤞🏿🤞🏿🤞🏿

Where is the Pic Level 1 in Seville? 

Holy crap, I wish I could do this every weekend of my entire life!! I had an incredible time learning from the red shirts during the L1-CF training in Austin! So much energy, so much fun, and I have new perspective on Crossfit, nutrition and coaching!! Thank you trainers for your time and commitment !!

Intense weekend of knowledge transfer, theoretical and practical, very useful, fun, with an excellent team of coaches, top classmates.
I learned a lot and had a lot of fun!

Big thanks goes to cute Candice, handsome Rob and charming Chad for this awesome experience. After doing CrossFit for years the L1 was an eye opening weekend for me. Learned a lot and met some awesome CrossFitters on reunion Island. And a huge thanks for screaming me up the rings strict for the first time. Still feeling hyped up. 🙃
