Good times with a great crew at Crossfit Charlotte!

Great personal enrichment experience this past weekend with Pablo, Kate and Kolin!  While I have only been doing CrossFit for 2 years and this past year with COVID limitations it was great to learn some additional information and enhance my knowledge of what CrossFit is all about. Thanks for a great weekend!

I took the the level 2 in Columbia, Maryland this past weekend and I can say without hesitation that I got better! So much great information to absorb and to practice when coaching my athletes. I went in both nervous and excited and left feeling confident and filled with knowledge. Maggie, Sarah, and Mel were phenomenal coaches that encouraged me throughout the entire weekend. They were also part of my Level 1 seminar staff and it was great seeing familiar faces after almost five years. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a coach. I highly recommend this course if you are passionate about coaching.

I had an awesome learning experience at CrossFit Muskego in New Berlin, WI this weekend! THANK YOU to Pablo, Katie, and Kolin for their time, assistance, and expertise. It was truly a pleasure learning from you all this weekend! The class was informative and fun! I definitely got a great first impression and experience of what CrossFit is all about! THANK YOU again!

I had a great time and learned so much in New Orleans this weekend.  Todd, Becky, and Gary were all absolutely incredible!  Very grateful for the experience.

What a great weekend CrossFit Muskego in New Berlin, WI!    The course was well-structured, the instructors Pablo, Kolin, and Katie were on point with the course material, quality of movements, and the humor, and the class was a great learning experience.   Thank you!

Huge thank you to Cody and Joe for an awesome weekend at CrossFit Pittsburgh! I learned so much not only about coaching and helping others improve, but a lot of things that I can use to help myself improve as well. It was a fun and informative weekend and they made the material easy to understand and to apply to real class scenarios. I definitely left this weekend better than I came in. So glad I took this course! 

Pablo, Kate, and Kolin did an absolute amazing job in New Berlin teaching us everything we needed to know about CrossFit but also taught us what it means to be invested and truly care about everyone in the room. Such a fun and rewarding weekend!
