Out of wall walk shape. Did scaled wall walk due to not training them much at the power gym. Hard to breathe at the bottom, but 5 was manageable. Row was a medium-hard pace. Did not redline on row, but probs went a little too fast. DeadLift felt way heavier than should have. Did sets of 5. Pushed hard on the end snatches but had nothing left. Overall felt like a redline. Would of finished workout after 20:00 but wall walk volume was a bit much.


Need to do more wall walks, like 10, with good form unscaled.

Need to practice more short and long row intervals.

Need to practice light-moderate barbell cycling

Didn’t stop at 20, just wanted to finish.


My rower didn’t track cals properly so i just did 3 min intervals on it. Subbed snatches with KB snatches (alternate arms, 13/12). The cleans were gnarly, still new to it.

Increased the time cap so everyone in the group could finish - getting all the work in was the priority. I used the ladies Rx DL weight and men's scaled weights for cleans and snatches. Wall walks weren't to 10" but more than the scaled movement standard. Couldn't just stop with 25.3 for bulletproof, had to do extra, so we added the death by plank (shoulders were feeling it more than the core).

Yes, Karen, if you go to the Open website there are scaled versions for Masters. The weights drop to 75,55,& 35 respectively & the wall walks are not flush to wall.

This workout is much more difficult for us shorties, as the standard for the wall walk puts our hands way out above our shoulders. Why did you abandon the measuring to the top of the shoulder? That would standardize the movement for each person equally. And why prescribe a scaled wall walk for those of us Rx-ing at 55+? We can do Rx walk walks. Otherwise, this looks like a great workout.

Rxd at the Y. Had some decent spacing between wall walks/platform and the rower. not sure if it would have saved me though.

Globo wod: due to the complexity of this workout, it is strongly advised that you perform this one at an affiliate. Check map.crossfit.com for one near you and reach out to an affiliate near you. If you are doing this one at a globo or garage for a score make sure you carefully read the standards and filming requirements. I also suggest having someone available to change weights as well as a judge. If doing this one in a globo go during off peak hours if possible.
