Scaling:
Today’s effort is chipper-style and extends into the longer time domain. Advanced athletes can push to finish in sub-18 minutes. However, expect most to complete this challenge in the 20- to 25-minute range. Choose scaling options that allow you to keep moving through the higher volume of reps. The load of the barbell should be light and allow you to perform at least 15-20 reps unbroken.

Well, that was awful. Although movements decreased in reps, each one felt as hard or harder than the previous. It didn’t really get bad until deadlifts – riding the redline from there to the end. Dubs were bad today, countless breaks. Sit-ups broke 50-35-25-15. Step-ups basically unbroken. Deads 5x15 and burpees 5x10. HSPU 5-5-5-4-4-1-1. I’m usually good at these, but HSPUs after burpees are sneaky tough due to the shoulder fatigue.

Globo wod: subs for double unders are jump double taps or lateral hops over a dumbbell. Sub bench step ups for box stepups if a box or other platform isn't available, or construct a box with those step risers, 10 + top is 24", 8 + top is 20". Deadlifts dumbbell sub 30/45lb dumbbells. HSPU sub heavy dumbbell strict presses at 60-75 percent of your bodyweight total.
