Worked out 8 consecutive days so I had to rest yesterday.

* 6 WEEK MURPH TRAINING - Week 2 | Day 3 & 4*


(Day 3) 7 1:00 rounds of:  (rx’d)

- 30 single-unders

- 7 burpees

- Max-rep dumbbell deadlifts (50lbs x 2)

(Rest 2:00 between rounds)


(Day 3) Skill Work

8 sets:

20 sec sit-ups

10 sec rest

 (10 per set/No foot support/Arm swing to help) 



(Day 4) For time: (6:16)

40-30-20

Dumbbell push presses (25 lb)

10-8-6

Burpee pull-ups

(Rested 30 sec after first round and 45 sec after 2nd round) 


(Day 4) Skill Work

8 sets: (Averaged 15-20 reps per set) 

:20 air squats

:10 rest
