This is great stuff Christina! I think no matter your athletic ability as a coach, you'll eventually get to coach people who are more athletic than you in some area. I know I find it difficult sometimes to be confident enough to tell a marathon runner he's on his heels too much, or a top-50 basketball player his footwork is off on his jumper, or a mom that she's being a helicopter parent. That's our job as a coach, though: to coach what we see. And the better you get as a coach, the more your athlete's capacities will exceed your own. And from the sounds of it, you've got quite a reputation built up already, so be ready for more and more great (and challenging) athletes to come your way.
