In 15 minutes, complete as many reps as possible of:
50 box step-ups
50 jumping pull-ups
40 lunges
40 burpees
30 toes-to-bars
30 push-ups
Max-reps ring muscle-ups

Scaling:
Perform today’s workout chipper-style, attempting to get through the push-ups as quickly as possible in order to spend as much time as possible at the rings. If you do not yet have a muscle-up, use this time to develop your pulling and pushing strength. Intermediate athletes can do this workout as prescribed.

Beginner Option:

20 hanging knee raises
20 assisted push-ups

Got up to 13 burpees in 15:00 (153 reps) and then just continue chipped away. Never did toes to bar before, just tired out my grip more than core. Lots of jumping and impact back to the ground. More muscular failure than cardio failure.

Subbed chest-to-bar pull-ups for ring muscle-ups. Added 20# weight vest.  Score = 5 C2B pull-ups before time cap.


Unbroken step-ups and lunges.  Jumping pull-ups were every 5-10.  Burpees 21-15-4, with the vest these sucked out my soul.  T2B 10-5-5-5-5, push-ups 5 sets of 6.  Had 25 seconds left after push-ups; sadly, I spent most of that time bent over and gasping.  I subbed C2B because even fresh, 20# weighted muscle-ups are not a gimme.

Done 5/28 pre that days wod. rxd up till MU. Did a kipping stomach to bar and strict bar dip. 7 rounds completed. Ladder done with 3:34 to go.

Thru 22-25 push-ups at the time cap, 30th push-up at 15:08. Burpees seemed to take a long time for me.

Not sure of the point in jumping pull-ups. Coordination?

Rx reps. Scaled to 20" box. Did 9 CTB pull-ups and very strict push-ups to finish off. Completed programmed reps around 12 minutes.


Broke this into 5 rds of 8/8/6/6/4/4 + a 6th rd of 10 of everything. Burpees and push-ups were on knuckles, and broke it up to throttle back on the knees, left elbow and wrist because I have a feeling tomorrow we will be doing Murph for our Bulletproof workout.
