Bullet Proof workout

Tabata'ish: 90 sec work, 30 sec rest in the plank, switch exercise and repeat

Push-ups

Back Squat 95#

Pull-ups

Wall Ball Shot (14# ball, I went to a 12-13ft mark)

Box Jumps (20")

Overhead Walking Lunge (35# plate)

4 rounds - Lost track of reps early on, so I just focused on working the whole time.


A tiring rest day.
