When I did the open in 2013 I got 265 reps, today I got 240 reps.


Back in 2013 I would rebound the box jumps, now i jump up and step down.

Stepped down from box - yup, that's right, I finally got a box. Finished round 6 for good measure, but didn't look at the time. Man...the impact on my legs from the last 2 days was for real. Gonna feel this later. No compare to data = new PR, but I'm fairly certain I did this at 95# back in 2013.

WORKOUT THEMES

A small test part of a bigger test to weed out and find the fittest. Weightlifting and monostructural. Pushing, overhead, core to extremity, squatting, jumping.


SHORT MEDIUM LONG


LIGHT


MEDIUM x


HEAVY


THE SAME BARBELL FOR BOTH MOVEMENTS THINGS ISN'T GOING TO WORK SCALE

Overhead can be subbed for HSPU or push-up, deadlift can be subbed for squats; keep one and sub the other. Add reps if needed


THE SPACING OF BARS AND BOXES ISN'T GOING TO WORK FOR ME SCALE

Use dumbbells instead of bars - also might make it easier to use two different weights if needed


STAMINA SCALE

4 rounds of 1 minute at each exercise, no rest between rounds


MY STUFF

Lost count, but did 35# dumbbells, step-down on box jumps
