Since A Language to Diagnose pt. 2, Kelly has singlehandedly changed my view of the purpose of CrossFit, and he repeated it in here. "Here's a shape that I value; how can I challenge that shape?" And CrossFit challenges shapes and movements in a way that makes it impossible to hide your flaws - physical or mental. This video, and most of his discussing theory stuff, is worth repeated views until you can really comprehend what he's talking about.

Love to see so many HP L1 options coming up! I am a Nurse practitioner and plan to attend; however I currently have a knee injury and awaiting ortho clearance to return to classes (and hopefully clearance to attend one of these HP L1 classes in 2022)...
