The chronobiologists are unlocking the benefits of biological rhythms, Circadian rhythm has a larger effect than we give it credit for and gives us an actionable framework for sleeping, eating, thinking, and exercising.

Peter, that's dope man! I've seen people on here archive all the workouts on a Word document or spreadsheet, but never seen it like yours!

I'd thought about ways to make the mainsite programming easier to access, so I indexed the posted workouts since 2001. All ~8000 posted WODs can now be searched and filtered by movement, date, workout structure, etc.
