2022 QF W#1. Completed all lunges RXd. Scaled HSPU to x30 to yoga block, x20 box HSPU, x10 strict.


Only 2 into x10 strict at the 15 minute mark. Think it would have been a while to get to 10 HSPU, that was a core cruncher.

Loved the interview. Excited for the book. I'm curious to hear more about the keto diet for women. Dr. Seeman touched on it a few times. I've always been a sceptic because of the long term effects it can have on the body.
