Ankle was hurting and need to work on high rep squats so did 5x25 of 135lb. Back squats (e5m) Definitely never done 5x25 back squats before. Started on set 6 but right quad was too tight and knee was talking so I stopped after 5 reps. Began to recover better and better in the lungs. Going into set 6 I felt totally fresh besides the leg pump!

Rebuilding a good credit score can be very frustrating and usually takes up months or even years depending on how consistently you pay bills completely & on time. I used to be among these unfortunate categories until recently when I had this job interview. I was invited to attend by The Mosaic Company in Florida , and after a background-check by the company I was placed on hold because of my terrible credit report score .A 550 FICO score is considered very poor and generally won't get the best terms for loans and credit etc . Thanks to NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 who came to my rescue and performed their magic on my credit score report , now I can boast of a credit score of 790 . contact them at ( NEWHORIZONCREDIT1 AT gmail DOT com ) . Trust me they are reliable ! .

Subbed 15 strict pull ups for 400m run. Working through a strained foot, so needed a low impact scale.

M 52, 6'2", 191#


Scaled to 55# goblet squats and 2 minute intense cycle (.5 mile per round) in globo gym, which still kicked my butt. Total 33.35.


I decided to post because I recently was told I have continued joint issues: arthritis in my hip (in addition to shoulder). Since starting CF the joint issues have actually improved. I judged that cycling was a wise choice for today, having received my hip diagnosis about a week and a half ago.


Props to whomever did this hero workout fully Rx.

WORKOUT THEMES

Long and medium. Stamina is the main limiting factor. A workout designed as just a much mental challenge as it is physical. Just get through it kind of one.


ASSUMED

Your household toilet seat is nice and sturdy and can withstand the sudden impact of the subject's legs giving out.


MAIN DECISION

Do the thing in honor of the hero, or shade it to one exercise or the other.


TECHNIQUE SCALE

7 rounds of:

Run 400 meters

30 squats (any kind, just keep them light)


CONSISTENCY SCALE

As is.


INTENSITY SCALE

4 rounds, sprint the run, do the squats, rest as needed between
