Weight wasn’t the issue; couldn’t keep the DBs away from my body enough on the 95s and 100s to keep from rubbing my hands off the grips. That, plus fear of dropping on my toes…nice working out at sea level again, even if only for a few days.

I would love to see mental health for fire, police and ems.

we are getting multiple calls a day for COVID and now being told that if we have it we should still come to work.
