Wow, this is my work out! for the last 7 years I've been attempting to do 100 burpees and tracking how my time has improved. Unfortunately I've always just done these with a jump just high enough to get a piece of paper to slide under your feet. I'm not sure how much extra time this would add. I've had a back injury for the last month, so can't attempt any burpees.
But my best time ever was 3:48. Which I thought was superhuman, until I saw a Russian on youtube manage 2:58!!

WORKOUT THEMES
A simple test anyone can do anywhere. Changing orientation, jumping, pushing, global extension/flexion, accuracy.
TECHNIQUE SCALE
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
8 burpees
16 box jumps (step down)
CONSISTENCY SCALE
As is.
INTENSITY SCALE
You have 20 minutes to complete 100 burpees as fast as you can. Split up sets however you want and rest as needed.
INJURY SCALE
Upper-body - max distance run in 7 minutes
Lower-body - AMRAP in 15 minutes of: 10 push-ups, 15 toes to bar
