Fabulous inspiration!! I'm 71 and had been going to CF for almost 10 years. Then Co-Vid happened. My box took away my 9:30 class and started a "sign up" system that I can't seem to get figured out. I totally understand that they had to make changes because of the situation but I'm struggling with how to work with these changes and not having any luck. It makes me very sad. Thank you for this story......it's motivating me to try harder to get things figured out!

Marsha, I hope that you can call the owner of your box to help you navigate the new sign in system. It’s an adjustment but I would hope that they might make an adjustment for you too. Getting back to your routine and workouts is extremely important for our mental and physical well being. The best to you.

Traveling, using a crappy homeowners assoc. fitness room

4 rounds, not for time

15 squats, 35# DBs

10 pull-ups


Pull-ups on a playground, with very skinny bar...they felt much easier than on my home fat bar.

19:53 Rx. I was aiming for under 18:00 but the last sets of 15 and 21 took the stuffing out of me.
