Big thanks to Becky and Pablo for the great weekend! Only a week past the course and can already tell a big difference in my confidence and ability to coach simply and directly (as can our members)! Lesson planning has actually been really fun, too! I gotta say I had some nerves prior, but you guys fostered an environment that was both warm and informative. Thank you for the great experience! 

Thank you to Pablo and Becky for a great experience at the L2 course and ensuring I was able to hear/see despite the masking requirements.  We received lots of great feedback and encouragement as they challenged us to be all around better athletes and coaches.

Michele and Kurtis were fantastic in the L1 in Spokane.  It was so great to be taught by veterans that know their stuff!

I was one of the older participants and I was really nervous to walk in the door, but I had a wonderful experience.  I learned so much and I highly recommend it for CrossFitters that might only be looking to improve their own skills and fitness.

I hope my husband can attend in the near future!  Keep up the good work!
