I thought this letter (on behalf of an art gallery in California) makes a perfect argument for why CrossFit affiliates should be allowed to open anywhere and everywhere.


More than any other type of gym, CrossFit "boxes" are uniquely competent to handle social distancing constraints.

Workout Structure:


First day was followed “For Time” template. This exercise was a couplet element that is combined of a high skill gymnastic movement and one explosive power movement. The main purpose in this WOD was to implement new skills in the form of the high-intensity exercise. Muscular endurance played a

major role in this WOD. Moreover, the aerobic system was dominant energy pathway in this program. However, the lactic acid system was the dominant energy pathway in the rope climbs.


Second day was followed “For Time” template. This exercise was a single modality that include of high volume rowing from metabolic conditioning form. The main purpose in this WOD was on improving the cardiorespiratory endurance. Moreover, the aerobic system was dominant energy pathway in this program.


Third day was followed “AMRAP” template. This exercise used of high skill gymnastic movements. Muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance played a major role in this WOD. Moreover, the aerobic system was dominant energy pathway in this program.


Conclusion

As can be seen, 2 energy pathways (aerobic and lactic acid) were challenged in this cycle. Moreover, the muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance played a major role in this circle of programming. Also, power is latent in the nature of these programs.

As a final note, “For Time” and “AMRAP” templates were used for programming in this cycle.
