Tabata squats, alternating air and 25# goblet squats
18 air and 15 goblet squats each round
Tabata 25# kb swings
11 or 12 each round
Tabata shoulder press, 10# DBs
18-16-6 rounds of 15
L-sit, scales, and plank practice
Overall, more of an active rest day than a real workout.

When I was in high school I used to help keep score and the books at this Men's League we ran as a fundraiser. I'll never forget Team Jordan coming out in the meanest uniforms of anyone, only to dent holes in our backboards and blow snotrockets on the court. That's my contribution to the poem linked.
