Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 squat snatch
3 clean and jerks
30 double-unders
Men: 155 lb.
Women: 105 lb.
Scaled to 115lbs like last year: 9 rounds+5 reps
Had a headache going into the warmup and first round but oddly it went away. Jerks were more like push presses for comfort on the shoulder. PR by 2 rounds!

Sitting here wondering if the meals put on main site the last couple weeks is compatible zone meals. The food is wonderful but the amount of carbs seem very low compared to zone standard?

It made me a bit confused since I struggle in eating enough carbs as it is, and main site promoting baby spinach didn’t exactly make it easier to fill the quota..

This new site and realignment back to the ‘roots’ of CrossFit certainly has my full attention and respect. I was fortunate enough to be shocked by my own self decrepidation 5 years ago when I found CrossFit. And now I don’t have to look beyond my immediate family, friends and co-workers to see that my ‘intervention’ could be another person’s fortune. Grateful for the focus back to what we need.
