Workout of the Day

72

For time:
20 wall walks
10 rope climbs to 15 feet, starting from a seated position on the floor

Post time to comments.

Scaling:
Today’s workout is a gymnastics chipper. Move at a sustainable pace. The goal is to manage muscular fatigue and build stamina. Be sure you can perform at least 3 wall walks in a minute before committing to the prescribed version — this means finishing 20 reps in approximately 7 minutes or less. Be sure you can complete at least 1 rope climb per minute. Less-experienced athletes should reduce the reps and range of motion for both movements. Push the pace where you are able, but be prepared to slow down to avoid failure. Work hard and have fun!

Intermediate option:
For time:
12 wall walks
10 rope climbs to 15 feet

Beginner option:
For time:
12 inchworms + 2 push-ups (at the bottom of each inchworm)
20 rope climbs, lying to standing

Resources:

The Rope Climb (Wrapping)
The Rope Climb (Basket)

In recent times, technology has proven to be more sophisticated and just like any other currency that can be stolen or lost, crypto and other digital assets has proven to be more difficult to recover but not impossible, and just like searching for any other monetary currency, you need a trustworthy and honest agency or personnel who can track and recover the value lost or stolen, in my case I hired easyreclaimer@gmailcom,they followed the blockchain and was able to recover over 247k of my stolen funds within a couple of weeks. The fees for the services I received was fair and communication was excellent.

Yeah that's what I ended up doing instead. I went back and forth til failure on each movement for 10 minutes. Not quite the same intensity as the original, but still challanged my body weight strength/endurance.

"I'm still in shock and gratitude as I write this. I thought I had lost my entire USDT savings to a scam, but thanks to the expertise of a brilliant hacker, I was able to recover everything!

I was cautious, but the scammer's tactics were sophisticated, and I fell victim. I thought all hope was lost, but then I stumbled upon a post about a Saclux Comptech Specialst who specializes in recovering stolen crypto. I was skeptical at first, but desperation drove me to reach out.

To my amazement, talk2us@sacluxcomptechspecialst.com responded promptly and explained the recovery process. I was impressed by their professionalism and reassured by their confidence. They worked tirelessly to trace and retrieve my USDT, keeping me updated every step of the way.

In just a few days, I received the news I had been praying for - my USDT  had been recovered! I can't express the relief and joy I felt. Saclux Comptech Specialst fees were reasonable, especially compared to the value of my recovered USDT.

I'm sharing this testimony to hope and encourage others who have fallen victim to crypto scams. Don't give up - there is help available! I'm forever grateful to SACLUX COMPTECH SPECIALST and their team for their exceptional skills and dedication.

I assure you that this testimony is genuine and from the heart." You can check their website: https://sacluxcomptechspecialst.com/
