A hacker helped me to spy on my wife’s WhatsApp, mails and every text message that was sent to her iPhone. Was able to retrieve deleted messages of the past six months without her knowing anything. They are super fast, efficient and reliable. Reach out to them Via email at synackhack[@]tech[-]center[.]com and you will also testify of the good works.

When the unthinkable happened and a valued Bitcoin wallet was lost, I was hopeless and lost. But thanks to the expertise of "GHOST CHAMPION RECOVERY PRO, the trending Ethical hackers and PI on the web made this miraculous recovery possible. This highly skilled team of cyber digital punks swung into action, the minute I reported a bunch of losers who almost made me lose my digital assets investment. Leveraging on these scammer's weaknesses and using their deep technical knowledge and cutting-edge tools to trace cryptocurrency already sent out. Through meticulous analysis and tenacious private investigative prowess, they were able to pinpoint the exact location of the missing Bitcoin, which had become entangled in the complex web of online transactions. GHOST CHAMPION RECOVERY PRO carefully extracted the valuable cryptocurrency, navigating the labyrinth of code and cryptography that stood in their way. It was a triumph of human ingenuity over technological complexity - a remarkable feat that left the grateful owner in awe. In the end, the lost Bitcoin was restored, the crisis averted, and faith in the power of digital asset recovery was renewed. GHOST CHAMPION  RECOVERY PRO has once again demonstrated its unparalleled ability to solve even the most daunting cryptocurrency conundrums, emerging as a true hero in the high-stakes world of digital finance. It was not a good experience for me when I lost my bitcoin of 205,000 USDT, I had nothing to do until someone told me about GHOST CHAMPION RECOVERY PRO. I gave them a chance and today I am grateful for it. Get  GHOST CHAMPION RECOVERY PRO to get your lost bitcoin back via: ( ghostchampionwizard@gmail.com )

Did this one in sets of (1:15), then pushed on set 4. Did not think I would be around 5:00 as I think my Grace score is around 5, but I'll have to check.

Kind of tweaked my left wrist early on and was pressing out my elbow lock. Probs need to go wider.

HQ, it’s our ability to post like this that makes mainsite, not the app as currently configured, important. Nicole wrote in her series earlier this year about the importance of relationships in CF boxes. For those of us in garage gyms or far from boxes, this IS our box. Pls don’t make the app a precursor for shutting down comments on the mainsite.

Are they removing the WOD and comments from CF.com? If so, I think HQ needs some improvements on the app. As mentioned, a way to keep the online community that follows the CF.com WOD and recognize each other’s achievements. Also, a way to input modifications to WOD. It puts my Helen score at the 1st percentile but doesn’t account for scaling.

Hi Jim!

Glad to hear your thoughts about mainsite and the app.

The app is not a precursor for shutting down mainsite. Instead, the app is intended for everyone who uses and wants to use mainsite programming more accessibility to the workout of the day.

Shortly, we are bringing comments functionality into the app and a handful of other features that allow all of us who have been longtime mainsite followers to connect and happily suffer together through the workout of the day. As you say, better than I can sum up, "For those of us in garage gyms or far from boxes, this IS our box." This is not lost on us. One of the reasons we brought the mainsite workout into the app is because we know of the dedicated community that relies on it. No one knows the value of mainsite or where it could be better than all of you. Continue to share your feedback with us. We'd be grateful if you could sit down with our team working on bringing mainsite into the app to share your thoughts, experience, and feedback. I would be happy to set that up. (That also goes for anyone else here who regularly uses the mainsite workout.)

Thanks again. And best of luck on "Grace" once your knee heals.

Kind Regards,

James H.

Jonathan, and anyone else new to mainsite, HQ will typically program a 4 day on stretch around the Games (sometimes other events like the Open too). I'm pretty sure I remember one year where there was a stretch of 5. An early rest day (yesterday) makes me think this year might be a 5. We'll all find out. Fear not though, they will program it so we are back on the 3 and 1 soon.

Champions Club Scaling Notes

RANT

Nothing to rant about

WORKOUT THEMES

A benchmark test of power, and also a middle finger to the old heads who used to argue that high-rep Olympic lifting was dumb.

SHORT MEDIUM LONG

LIGHT

MEDIUM x

HEAVY

I DON'T HAVE THE TECHNIQUE BUT WANT TO GET INTENSITY SCALES

1 all-out 800m sprint for time

or

2 rounds of 35 burpees for time, rest as needed between

Either way, practice clean and jerks for the warmup

I DON'T HAVE THE TECHNIQUE AND WAND TO STICK WITH CLEAN AND JERK SCALES

Put 20 minutes on the clock and practice clean and jerks

135 WOULD TAKE ME 5 MINUTES SCALE

Are you missing the strength: try practicing deadlifts and handstand push-ups for 15 minutes

Are you missing the stamina: try 30 power cleans then 30 push presses (or push jerks)

MY STUFF

Did 30 power cleans and then 30 push presses at 115. Decent dose but can't pretend I didn't check the box

Sarah is a true gem! Our gym wouldn’t be what it is without her. It might not even exist. She has a presence that is both strong and supportive. That is a rare combo.

When people walk into our space she is one of the very first to go up to them, extend her hand and make them feel welcome. No one is left out when she is around.

Thank you for taking the time to expose the world to a woman of power and compassion.

Globo wod: If you are using iron plates today use a load that you can touch and go at least 5 times fresh. Dumbbells sub dumbbell clean and jerks 35/50lb dumbbells.

I want to thank CrossFit for 6 wonderful years in Madison. From these experiences I was inspired to compete in two Wodapaloozas and 3 additional Granite Games in scaled divisions. Also, I volunteered for the Games and other major competitions over the last two years making many friends along the way. For that I am eternally grateful. Onward to new things and new adventures.

Steven, thanks for all your insights here on mainsite. I hope this doesn’t mean your leaving!
