PullUps 2 small sets


Then row 200m sprint.


Score = 51 PullUps, Row 2K


Started off PullUps at 5 per set with short rest. Then 4, then down to 3 at end. Quite proud of my pulling stamina in between tempo rowing intervals. Wish I had a rope to try a rope climb.


Felt like a beast at the end of this workout and I didn't even go into the red on the row.

Only have 12’ ceiling*

Initial plan was to go seated (legless) transition half climb into traditional. Did that the first round. Burnt me out quick. Switched to traditional for remaining time.
