Went down instead of up on the last set, just to be safe. Limited by push jerk, surprisingly, as my clean is normally the limiter. Felt like I could've cleaned 30 more pounds, but did not have more on the jerk. Jerk max may have gone down, but clean is somehow stronger.

Did sets of 5-10 at 65# during 2.5 hours of outside work/cleaning. Alternated between PC/SC & PJ/SJ. Didn’t keep close track but it was at least 10 sets total. Left wrist wasn’t having any loading greater than 65# today.

Pick either the clean or the split jerk and do a regular max effort format. Lots of reps per set


STRENGTH SCALE

3 RM deadlift. Practice strict handstand push-ups (or handstand descents) between sets


POWER SCALE

Give yourself 90 seconds to complete all 3 reps. Don't have to be touch and go.

Burgener Warm-up + 5min EMOM to get the weight up.
