11:12 rxd. No warmup except a practice round of 150m/5 pushups/4 strict ttb
(then realized it was toes to rings)
rowed at 1:56-2:00 the first 2 rounds and finished at a 1:45 pace. Broke pushups early to save time. Still got to near failure on the 3rd round. Toes to rings broken to catch my breath a bit.

Rows all around 1:50, first a bit faster. Push-ups were 21 / 12-9 / 14-7. Broke T2R in a few places – lowering is the worst part of this.
