The First 30 Resources for CrossFit Coaches

1
ByCrossFitAugust 3, 2024

The Level 1 is two days of classroom instruction, small-group training sessions, and coach-led workouts. Talk to anyone who has completed their Level 1, and they’ll likely mention how learning the ins and outs of the CrossFit methodology changed their perspective on health, movement, and future goals.

However, taking the Level 1 is just the beginning. Many people ask us what they should do next to make the learning stick and continue to improve as coaches. That’s why we created The First 30. The First 30 is an email course delivered to new Level 1 trainers designed to support them in the months following their Level 1 and throughout their coaching journey.

Whether you followed The First 30 immediately after finishing your Level 1 course or are in the middle of it, we want you to feel fully equipped to coach your athletes each time you take to the gym floor. That’s why we’ve compiled all the resources from that course and some additional ones in one place. These include cornerstone articles, worksheets, templates, continuing education courses, and more. With these tools always at your fingertips, you can continue to grow as a coach and change even more lives.
