Introducing your Central Account — a single location on both CrossFit.com and the CrossFit mobile app that houses all of your CrossFit-related information, and that was implemented to improve the CrossFit trainer and athlete user experiences.
Imagine logging in to your CrossFit account and having access to view and manage everything from your CrossFit credentials, to renewal requirements, upcoming courses, current standings in the CrossFit Open, and more. This experience is now a reality. When you log in to your user account and head to “My Account,” you’ll see all the information you might need right at your fingertips. All in one easy-to-navigate place, your Central Account allows you to explore your personal dashboard, CrossFit ID, recorded benchmarks, coaching credentials and certificates, and order history, as well as view upcoming courses in your area.
You’ll also find easy access to CrossFit’s support team, Open registration, Rulebook, and Drug Policy for the Games season.
The goal of the Central Account is to simplify every process for the CrossFit athlete and coach, offering not only access but also immediate control of digital certificates, certifications, online registrations, orders, and management of athlete profiles with a few simple, intuitive clicks.
Planned added features include communication management to allow users the ability to control CrossFit’s communication and frequency, as well as access more robust athlete profiles, and improved search capabilities.
